Praga Arena Prague Go-Karting Stag Weekend

Prague has more than one great karting venue, and that is exactly why Prague Stag Fun can offer different go-karting options depending on your group size, budget, preferred timing, and race format.

After our classic karting option at Kart Centrum Radotín, we also offer racing at Praga Arena — a completely different karting complex in Prague with its own track, facilities, restaurant, karts, and motorsport atmosphere.

Praga Arena is a strong choice for stag groups who want a modern racing venue, quality Praga karts, a variable track layout, and the choice between a simple budget karting package or a full 1-hour exclusive private track experience.

Whether your group wants 2 × 10-minute races or a private 1-hour karting event, Praga Arena gives you a proper adrenaline activity without needing to organize the logistics yourself.

Praga Arena Is a Different Karting Venue from Radotín

Many stag groups simply search for go-karting in Prague and assume all karting venues are the same.

They are not.

Kart Centrum Radotín is known for its long indoor circuit and is already featured in our Prague Stag Fun karting blog. Praga Arena, however, is another karting venue with a different setup and a different racing environment.

Praga Arena offers a variable indoor and outdoor track, modern Praga karts, restaurant and bar facilities, parking, and flexible race formats suitable for both smaller stag groups and larger private events.

This gives Prague Stag Fun another reliable karting option when planning Prague stag weekends — especially when group size, date, time, weather, availability, or preferred racing style makes one venue more suitable than another.

Why Go-Karting Works So Well for Prague Stag Weekends

Every stag weekend needs at least one activity where the whole group gets involved.

Go-karting delivers exactly that.

It is competitive.
It is fast.
It creates instant stories.
And it does not require previous racing experience.

After a quick briefing, helmets go on, engines start, and suddenly everyone becomes a professional racing driver — at least in their own head.

By the time the race finishes, someone will be celebrating victory, someone will demand a rematch, and someone will insist their kart was “definitely slower”.

Either way, the first beer afterwards usually tastes even better.

The Track at Praga Arena

One of the main advantages of Praga Arena is its variable track layout.

Depending on the current configuration, the track can be adjusted and changed, with a layout of approximately 700–930 metres.

This makes the race more interesting because the circuit is not just a simple loop. It includes technical sections, corners, straights, braking zones, and opportunities for overtaking.

For stag groups, that means the race feels dynamic and fun. Faster drivers can push for better lap times, while beginners can still enjoy the experience without feeling completely lost after the first corner.

Indoor and Outdoor Racing Possibilities

Praga Arena can work with both indoor and outdoor racing sections, depending on the track setup and conditions.

This gives the venue a different character from a purely indoor karting hall. The experience can feel more open, more spacious, and closer to a real racing circuit.

For Prague stag groups, this creates a proper event atmosphere — not just a quick ride, but a full motorsport experience.

The Karts at Praga Arena

Praga Arena uses modern Praga karts, designed for a proper rental racing experience.

The standard adult kart is the Praga Classic, fitted with a 210 cc engine and around 10 horsepower. These are powerful enough to make the race exciting, while still being manageable for beginners.

The venue also offers Tillotson Racing karts with a 230 cc engine and around 17 horsepower, designed for more experienced drivers.

In short: this is not a weak tourist karting setup — it’s proper racing equipment built for real track use.

Timing, Results and Bragging Rights

No proper stag karting race is complete without lap times.

At Praga Arena, race timing allows drivers to compare results and see who was actually fastest — not just who shouted the loudest afterwards.

Someone will win.
Someone will blame the kart.
Someone will demand another race.

That’s exactly why karting works so well for stag groups.

Option 1: Budget Go-Karting – 2 × 10-Minute Races

The first option is the simple and affordable one: 2 × 10-minute karting sessions per person.

Perfect for smaller or mixed groups, this format gives everyone enough track time to learn and then improve.

Package includes:

  • Private return transport
  • Minibus or bus with driver
  • 2 × 10-minute rides per person
  • Racing helmets, masks, and gloves
  • Race reservation
  • Activity organization
  • Coordinator assistance

This is the best choice for a fun, straightforward karting experience.

Option 2: Exclusive Go-Karting – 1-Hour Private Track

For larger or more competitive groups, the 1-hour exclusive race is the premium option.

Your group gets private access to the track — no outside drivers, no interruptions.

This allows for:

  • Practice laps
  • Qualifying rounds
  • Fastest lap challenges
  • Final race atmosphere

Up to 14 karts can race at once, making this ideal for bigger stag groups.

Which Option Should You Choose?

Choose 2 × 10-minute karting if you want a fun, budget-friendly activity.

Choose the 1-hour exclusive race if you want a full racing event with private track access.

We’ll always help you pick the best option based on your group size and schedule.

Restaurant, Bar and Group Facilities

Praga Arena also has a restaurant and bar area, perfect for relaxing after the race.

A popular add-on is:

Burger + chips + 2 beers

For stag groups, this is exactly what you want after racing — simple, fast, and satisfying.
